Riviera Blanc Series 4" Paring Knife

Paring knife made in a forging process with a 4'' stainless steel NITRUM® blade.

The exclusive formula nitrogen steel gives them greater hardness, a more powerful cut and makes the blade last longer.

Its handle is made with polyoxymethylene (POM) and also uses the new Bactiproof Silver technology.

This system is responsible for reducing germs and bacteria on the surface by 99.9%.

The Riviera Blanc series stands out for the ferrule’s elegant design, inspired by the French style, as well as for having been treated with a special white clay to avoid discoloration, allowing them to remain white.

Made with stainless steel rivets to ensure a better grip.
