The handle used in this series is a revolutionary ergonomic design, made of injected polypropylene, a hygienic plastic material with excellent impact stability, non-slip properties, and resistance to high temperatures (120-130ºC). The handle and blade are permanently bonded through a specialized injection process.

The handle color helps identify the knife for specific food types, achieving better hygiene and sanitation control for consumers, in accordance with European regulations.
