  • 1/2 Mango
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Radish
  • 1 Avocado
  • 500 g of Tofu
  • 1 Tbsp. of corn flour
  • 1 Tbsp. of soy sauce
  • A few slices of red cabbage
  • 80 g of Rice

Dice the tofu; roll it in the soy sauce and corn flour. Sauté it in a frying pan.

Cut the fruit and vegetables and put them in a bowl with the rice that has been cooked for 18 minutes beforehand.
