Ingredients:
- 300 g of wheat bread flour
- 230 g warm water
- 5 g dry baker’s yeast
- 1 Tbsp. of agave syrup or sugar
- 1 Tsp. of salt
- Red onion
- Olives
- Dried tomatoes

Preparation: step by step

Mix the water, yeast and the syrup in a mixing bowl. |

Add the flour and mix until it blends in, then add the salt. |

Pour plenty of oil over the dough, cover and let it sit at room temperature for 2 hours. |
4 | Spread the dough out on an oven safe loaf pan and let it sit for 1 hour. |

Pour on 20 ml of olive oil and make dimples with your fingers to create the shape of our focaccia |

Cut the red onion, olives and dried tomato and put it on the focaccia. |

Bake at 220ºC for 30 minutes. And now you have your own homemade focaccia! |
